For anyone who’s never seen a carburetor before, it’s okay to wonder why it looks so happy. After all, it is the mechanical component of engines that helps mix fuel and air to produce power.
And thanks to this role, it’s sometimes called the heart of automobile engines. Carburetors have been slowly phased out of cars since the late ’90s, but we still find them in generators and lawnmowers. Be sure to smile back if you ever happen upon one!
