This photo looks like it was taken in a different part of the globe. But even in America, such a sight would still strike an unsuspecting passerby go numb. After all, what new fashion trend would require a person to wear a T-shirt with a bikini, high-knee socks, and sneakers?
After a second or two, it’d be easy to realize that the girl’s only sin was carrying the wrong bag. Her outfit itself is pretty basic–a tee, skinny jeans, and sneakers.
